Monthly Talks

Talks are the third Tuesday of each month at 20h00. We meet at The Athenaeum in Newlands.
Visitors and prospective members are welcome. Entrance is free.
How to get there: At the intersection of Campground Road & Mariendahl Lane, drive through Boundary Terrace office park gates, and turn left at the top into the dedicated Athenaeum parking area.

Monthly Outings

Outings are usually on the fourth Saturday of each month.
These are restricted to members only, are not suitable for young children, nor are pets allowed.

Annual Excursion / Weekend Away 

We organise a weekend away once a year, over and above the nine outings arranged during the year.
These annual excursions are also limited to members only, and are always self-financing trips. They usually happen over the long weekend in September, when we explore further afield, and in greater depth.
